Níhǎo, bitches! Joshua Nguyen at your service, but you can call me later if you want
But hey, we should get to know each other first.
Currently is and always have been a Californian, I’m one of many Asian-Americans living in the Golden State. Always loved playing video games, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends since I was young. Before I go further though, can you guess what exact ethnicity I am? Go ahead. Guess. No, no, take your time. I can wait.
My last name is obviously Vietnamese (it’s the most common Vietnamese surname of all, I think!), but I lean more towards a Chinese-American identity. Not too earth-shattering, amirite? That’s a pretty common mix: Chinese and Vietnamese. But there’s one more ethnicity my blood’s mixed in with. I dare you to take another guess.

Got it yet? No? Try to remember your modern world history.

Think you got it now? If you guessed Russian, then you’re 100% positively right! True story, man. I’m Vietnamese, Chinese, and Russian. Mind=Blown? You’re probably wondering how that happened, huh? Lol, it’s a long story. Once you find the common link between those 3 nations, you’ll see it all.
Anyways, I’m a cool guy. Popular with the ladies and smart to boot, what’s not to love about me? Contrary to what everyone thinks, I’m actually very picky with the type of woman I want long-term. She’s gotta be intelligent, practical, funny, and easy to get along with. Oh yeah, and sexiness is a nice bonus lol

So, what’s Josh’s favorite pickup line(s), again?
Hi Josh!
Your biggest fan here!!
I was just wondering how you found out about your Ancestry?
Kya~~
@Colleen Funnyguts: My favorite lines to use on you beautiful ladies? Hold on, let me get my notebook out… *ahem* I’ve got a whole list of them, but these have to be my favorites:
-Looks like the population in Heaven just went down by one.
-Oh shoot, I lost my phone number. Can I borrow yours?
-In Soviet Russia, you date me!
Ah crap, that last one is too smudged to read :/ Oh well.
@PocketfullofPennies: Aw, you’re making my heart palpitate dangerously. Wǒ yě ài ní! And to answer your question, my grandmother likes to tell me and my sister stories of when she was a young girl in China and Vietnam. Our family history is something we all take pride in, and it’s a lot more interesting than listening to some boring history teacher rant for an hour.
Oh, and don’t worry if you suddenly faint. I’ll be there to catch you~
((OOC: It’d be far too much work for me to create accounts for everyone, so I’m just roleplaying the characters. ‘Course, you already knew that, right?
P.S. “Wǒ yě ài ní” [我也愛你] translates into “I also love you.”))
KYAAAAAAAAA~
Oh Joshua!
Can I ask another question!?
What would you say are your best qualities?
Of course! Anything for you, my lovely maiden
My best qualities? If I really had to chose just a few, I would say it’s my devilishly handsome smile, cool and calm demeanor, and eyes. Especially the eyes. I’ve had girls get lost in them plenty of times.
