Shut up, this never gets old.

That’s right, we have an idea of when we want to release a demo for you guys! It’ll have the basic baking sim part done, and hopefully sprites plus a week’s worth of dialogue if Ryu and I can get it in on time! When will it be out you say? *drumroll*March 31 is what we’ve all decided on, so stick around!

I continue to keep posting a new proof-of-concept demo each week. Why can’t I be this good with my other stuff?

Play the game here! As always, it works on Linux, Mac, and Windows. Tell me if it doesn’t. I should have an update about that bakery game pretty soon too, although there probably won’t be a demo for some time.

Changelog for the 11/28 release:

  • New initiative system, removes rounds and has cumulative initiative that dynamically affects turn order
  • Spells now cost MP, which is recovered at the start of each turn.
  • Witches now have armor that can absorb some physical damage.
  • A few new attacks and spells
  • General bugfixes
