So Aiurax said,
“I’d like to know what made you come up with this idea?”
And I was like, “Alright guys, it’s storytime~!” I’ll try to keep it short.
It was during the last few weeks of summer vacation when the plot bunny first entered my head. Real life issues made me even more depressed than usual, serious shit hit the fan, and life looked grim. The major downer I want to keep private for personal reasons, but I’ll say one thing: tree nut allergies suck. After eating a cashew during dinner and vomiting four times, my dad drove me slowly to the Emergency Room to stop me from suffocating on my own barf. For several weeks, I told myself every morning, “Life’s a bitch, just deal with it. Grin and bear it, stop complaining. As long as you aren’t dead, you’ll live.”
This was when I contacted Ryurieri, an artist who I exchanged a few words with before. I pitched the idea to her, and she offered to be my artist. After banging my head against the wall for being unable to code a working system for the baking simulation part, I swallowed my pride and posted a Recruitment thread. Mild Curry and Funnyguts offered to be my programmers, and here we are today.
The End.
So it’s really nothing all too amazing. TWCC is just one of many plot bunnies that I decided not to butcher up and make into plot bunny stew since it was a genuinely workable idea. As this is a slice-of-life game, I’ll be taking lots of inspiration from my daily life.
Edit: I just remembered that I own this blog >:3 That means that I can post pics of my turtles whenever I want now! Mwahahaha… I hope you’re happy, 9:19.
